From baggage claim, follow the signs for Ground Transportation. You'll see the GTI booth shown below in the main arrivals concourse.
Give the inspector your name. They will call your pre-arranged Premier vehicle up to the pickup area for you. This is a hard rule at YHZ — drivers are not permitted to pull into the pre-arranged area without the GTI's authorization. Skip this step and your driver can't come get you.
Do your washroom stop, grab your coffee, and use any other facilities BEFORE you announce yourself to the GTI. Once your driver is called up, the vehicle is only authorized to be in the pre-arranged area for active pickup — it cannot wait there while you go off to do something. Get all your pre-departure errands done first, then check in.
If you're traveling carry-on only, you'll come straight from your gate to the GTI — no baggage claim stop needed.
Once the inspector has called your vehicle, turn around. The GTI booth sits beside the front exterior of the building (the side with all the windows), so the doors are behind you.
You'll see two revolving doors leading outside. Don't go through them. Walk past both — directly beside the second revolving door is a regular exit door. That's the one for Pre-Arranged Pickup. Step through it and the pickup area is right outside, shown below.
Your Premier driver is waiting in the vehicle in the pre-arranged area. You'll get a text the moment they're on site with the driver's name and vehicle description — walk out, find the car, you're done.
