What this is: the vehicle classes you offer with the rates the booking form
charges for each one. Fleet Vehicles are vehicles you own and operate yourself.
Affiliate Vehicles are vehicles operated by partner companies that you dispatch when
your own fleet is unavailable. Each row is one vehicle class.
When to use it: add a new vehicle class, update a rate, change a minimum,
or swap a photo. Edits save automatically the moment you click out of a field.
What each rate column means:
Rate / km (or mile) — what you charge per unit of distance for point-to-point trips.
Hourly $/hr — flat rate when the customer books by the hour.
Min hours — fewest hours someone can book hourly service for (usually 2).
Wait time $/min — what you charge per minute when the driver is waiting (e.g. flight delay past free grace).
Minimum rate — the floor — what every trip costs at minimum.
Minimum airport rate — same idea, but only for airport pickups (often a bit lower).
Units:applies to every distance shown across admin + booking
Loaded.
