Draw zones directly on the map — no exports, no uploads. Use the toolbar buttons on the left edge of the map:

• Polygon — click each corner in order, then click the first corner again to close it
• Circle — click the center, drag out to set the radius
• Marker — single pin (saved as an Address zone — the coordinates become the match point)
• Edit — drag corners or the center/edge of a circle to refine a saved zone
• Delete — click a shape, then confirm to remove it

Whatever you do on the map is reflected in the table below and saved automatically. The coordinates column in the table updates as you drag; conversely, edits typed into the table redraw on the map. Powered by OpenStreetMap — free forever, no API key, no per-load cost.

What this is: the named geographic areas your booking form uses to trigger surcharges, flat rates, or special handling. Each zone can be one of three shapes:

• Radius — a circle around a center point (e.g. "anything within 5 km of a hotel")
• Polygon — a custom shape drawn on the map by listing its corners
• Address — a single street address (exact match on pickup or drop-off)

When to use it: add a new area when you start offering service somewhere new, update coordinates if a venue moves, or remove a zone you no longer want surcharged. Edits save automatically.

How to get coordinates from Google Maps: open google.com/maps, right-click on the point you want, and the menu shows latitude/longitude. Click the numbers to copy them. For polygons, repeat for each corner and paste them one per line. For an Address zone, just paste the full street address — no coordinates needed.

What this is: bulk-create zones by drawing them on Google My Maps and uploading the export file. Each polygon you draw becomes one zone here.

How to use it:

1. Go to Google My Maps
2. Create a new map (or open an existing one)
3. Draw your polygon shapes — each one will become a zone
4. Name each polygon (that name becomes the Zone Label)
5. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right of the panel, just to the right of your map name
6. Choose Export to KML/KMZ
7. Tick the Export as KML instead of KMZ checkbox
8. Click Download to save the .kml file to your computer
9. Upload that file below

Behaviour: zones with the same Zone Label as an existing row are updated; zones with new names are added. Single-point pins import as a 1 km radius zone by default — you can fine-tune the radius after import.
