What this is: the named geographic areas your booking form uses to trigger
surcharges, flat rates, or special handling. Each zone can be one of three shapes:
- Radius — a circle around a center point (e.g. "anything within 5 km of a hotel")
- Polygon — a custom shape drawn on the map by listing its corners
- Address — a single street address (exact match on pickup or drop-off)
When to use it: add a new area when you start offering service somewhere new,
update coordinates if a venue moves, or remove a zone you no longer want surcharged. Edits
save automatically.
How to get coordinates from Google Maps:
open
google.com/maps,
right-click on the point you want, and the menu shows latitude/longitude. Click the numbers to copy them.
For polygons, repeat for each corner and paste them one per line. For an Address zone, just paste
the full street address — no coordinates needed.
