Import past reservations from your dispatch system

What this is: bring your existing reservations into the booking database so every historical record shows up in lookups, receipts, and exports — exactly like a booking taken through your own form.

When to use it: after a long absence, periodically to keep historicals current, or whenever your dispatch system has made edits (driver assignments, status changes) you want reflected here. Already-imported records get updated, not duplicated.

Step 1 — Get the file: export a reservation manifest from your dispatch / reservation platform as a CSV with one row per reservation (most platforms have a Reports → Reservations → Export CSV flow). Save the .csv file, then drop it below.

Step 2 — Match each CSV column to a reservation field

Found 0 rows in your file. We try to match each column to the right reservation field automatically.

Color hints: gold = remembered from your last import; green = auto-detected just now from the column name. Adjust anything that looks wrong by picking from the dropdown, or set Ignore for columns you don't need.

Your mapping is remembered. The next time you import a file with these same column names, the matches will fill in automatically.

Required column: one of your columns must map to la_reservation_number — that's the unique number we use to find each reservation later.

Already imported? No problem. If a reservation is already in the database, we update it with whatever the CSV adds or changes. Existing values stay; empty cells in the CSV never erase data already saved.
