What this is: a cross-reference table that links the field names in
your dispatch / reservation platform to the field names this software uses internally.
Each row pairs one piece of information (e.g. "Customer first name") with the tag your
platform uses for it (e.g. #TRIP_PASS_FNAME# in LimoAnywhere), the field
this software stores it under (e.g. passenger_first), and the name that
appears in Zapier's field-selector dropdown when you're wiring a Zap.
When to use it:
Configuring a Zapier automation — paste the right tag/field on each side
Setting up a CSV import — know which column maps to which software field
Troubleshooting — find out why a field "isn't coming through"
Switching platforms — edit the Platform Tag column to match your new platform's tag syntax (everything else stays the same)

Why is the Software Field column greyed out? Those are the canonical names
of fields this software stores — they're locked so editing them can't desync the table
from what's actually in the database. When the software adds a new field, a new row
appears here automatically with the Software Field pre-filled; your job is just to fill in
the Platform Tag and Zapier Field beside it.
